Over-love

It all starts when we over-search for what we think we over-need.

In doing that, we over-worry about what we believe is over-important.

And hope to finally find that which we over-think we over-need.

When that happens, we begin to over-love what we think we’re over-privileged to have.

But at the same time we over-ignore that which is over-important

And over-focus on that which is over-trivial.

We overbear even what is over-painful,

For we have over-decided to over-love.

We over-excuse that which is over-shameful;

Over-compensate for that which is over-lacking;

And over-compromise on that which we over-cherish.

And finally when we over-lose what we under-had,

We over-grieve for what we over-loved.

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
