There’s the man knocking on a door and there’s that living a hard-knock life.
How many trials does it take to know that the door is locked against you for real?
How many trials does it take to realize that the trials themselves are open doors?
How many trials would it take you to get sore knuckles?
How many knocks do we get to know we’re facing a trial?
How many times do we try before we know we’ve learned our lessons?
How many times are we tried before you know to teach them their lesson?
It’s like placing your fingers to be scanned for prints; curves and loops have to be ascertained and so, there shall be as many trials as that takes.
It’s like placing your feet on the sand of time to imprint; curves and loops have to be crossed, and trials are certain to come your way.
Never mind these numerous trials; they are only to grant you irrebutable access.
Never mind these numerous trials; they are only to grant you irrebutable access.
I'd love to hear your thoughts!
